Julie Taylor is Director of ED3 at National Grid Electricity Distribution, where she leads the strategic direction and development of the company’s next electricity distribution price control period. In this role, Julie is responsible for shaping the ED3 business plan to secure the investment required for the network into the next decade, while delivering positive outcomes for customers, communities and investors. She leads work across strategy, regulation and stakeholder engagement at a critical point in the UK’s energy transition.
