Susana leads the Connections business as SSEN navigate the change driven by industry wide Reforms in the Connections space, which are both of tactical and strategic, of a short- and long-term impact [ESO Reform, Connections Action Plan, ENA Strategic Connections Group]. Focus placed on not only delivering on the actions at pace, but we also looking to take and be recognised as a strategic leader in this space (we were one of the founders of ENA Strategic Connections Group and lead some of the working groups, along with sharing the chairing of the group with ESO].
