Bio:

Dr Claire Forbes is Senior Director of Corporate Communications at water regulator Ofwat. Claire has made a career out of regulatory-style communications, having previously worked as Director of Communications at the Advertising Standards Authority and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. Claire has a PhD from the University of Kent and is a part-time Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster and the London School of Economics where she teaches on MA degrees in communications and communications and social change.
