Chris Harris is Head of Regulation of npower and is actively involved in the policy and practical issues relating to debt, disconnection/restriction and affordability in gas and power. He is honorary fellow of energy policy at Exeter University and has written books that include approaches to consumer welfare. His background includes corporate debt modelling at Barclays Capital.
