Roger heads up the United Utilities Customer Services MI and analytics team. The team provide a reporting and data analysis service across customer services, reporting on cash and debt performance together with a wider MI function including reporting on telephony, complaints and priority services. He is also responsible for the implementation and continual development of a wide range customer risk scorecards. Data security and data protection are of course critical in UU. Roger is responsible in customer services for data governance and work closely with the central data team to ensure the security and accuracy of all the data we use. Roger has been working for United Utilities for two years and previously spent nineteen years in the financial services industry based in Preston, Lancashire.
