Customer Services Director since June 2018, Sarah heads up all of Good Energy’s customer service functions, ensuring a high level of service and experience for both B2C and B2B customers.
Sarah has extensive experience leading teams in both technology and customer service. She was part of the team that transformed the digital customer experience at ASOS, and brings detailed understanding of the platforms that need to be in place in order to deliver seamless customer service. Prior to joining Good Energy, she was Head of Customer Operations at OVO Energy, leading the teams responsible for onboarding, billing and operational improvement.
