Sacha Meckler is an engineer–economist (WITS-LSE) with 25+ years experience across energy, technology and finance. He played a key role in the Future Power System Architecture for the UK, the foundation on which government papers on digitalisation and flexibility were built. Earlier, he built one of the first mass-market focussed mobile banking platforms, shifting markets and mindsets. He has worked with businesses from start-ups to utilities and listed groups, bringing creativity and diversity to enable transformational outcomes and new business models. He is a published thought leader on climate risk and leverages system thinking in design and implementation to overcome obstacles and to empower people. As well as complex programmes Sacha increasingly spends time on people and leadership transformation as a complementary pathway to enabling system change.
