Interactive panel discussion

The energy retailers are facing challenges from all sides. From rising wholesale prices, the energy price cap, increased competition, the impact of smaller suppliers going bust due to financial challenges, as well as the smart meter rollout, there is a lot to deal with. Coupled with this, there is the drive to improve customer service standards, and the desire to rebuild consumer trust with the industry. This is leading to the adoption of new technologies, as well as a shift towards an energy service company model, offering more than just the commodities of electricity and gas.

Leading speakers from across the energy retail spectrum will address these issues, and debate issues put forward by delegates, including:

  • How can retailers reconnect with energy customers?
  • What does the post price-cap world look like?
  • Understanding how to deliver excellent customer service
  • Overcoming the harm done by suppliers going out of business
