Alex leads WPD’s stakeholder engagement programme, including the development of and consultation on key aspects of WPD’s Business Plan. Alex also manages all aspects of WPD’s social obligations programme, including initiatives to support vulnerable customers, improve data held on the Priority Service Register and help address fuel poverty. Alex graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2007 before joining E.ON, undertaking roles in Retail and Corporate Communications. He moved to E.ON Central Networks as Customer Service Improvement Manager in 2008, with responsibility for customer service strategy and performance improvement before joining WPD in 2011.
