Job title: Managing director household customer services
A chartered accountant by background, Sam worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to joining Welsh Water. She undertook senior roles in Finance and Customer Service before being appointed MD of Household Customer Services in early 2018 and is responsible for the implementation of Welsh Water’s strategy for customers in vulnerable circumstances, which she launched in November last year.
