David began his water industry career in 2006 at Severn Trent, progressing from network operations to leading business transformation across water and wastewater. Over nine years, he managed operational units and delivered change programmes in metering, workforce management, and field operations. In 2019, David joined Amazon, scaling its UK and EU logistics start-up, Amazon Freight, before moving to PA Consulting to drive transformation in transport, energy, and utilities.

Now Managing Director of the Water Engineering solutions group, David leads Jet Aire and collaborates across the Group to expand its water sector footprint and enhance efficiency in drainage operations.
