Jon is Deputy Director, Water and PR24 Delivery at Water UK, leading reforms to planning for water supply from source to tap and supporting infrastructure delivery. He previously worked on the government’s 10 Year Infrastructure Strategy at HM Treasury and led water policy at the National Infrastructure Commission, authoring reports on costs, planning reform, asset resilience standards and climate-resilience.
