Mr Naheen Toolsee is a Professional Chemical Engineer with over 24 years of experience in process engineering, specialising in water treatment, process optimisation, research and development, and technical project management. He holds BSc (Chemical Engineering) Honours and BEng (Water Utilisation Engineering) Honours (Cum Laude) degrees.Currently with uMngeni-uThukela Water, he provides technical leadership and strategic support in the water sector and has presented technical papers at national and international conferences.
