I'm known for shaping and leading complex £Bn transformation programmes, often leveraging procurement and supply chain collaboration in engineering, telecommunications, digital systems, cyber security and infrastructure to deliver significant performance improvement. I have significant experience in programme director, procurement director and transformation roles across the public sector, and in defence and security, utilities, financial services, and health. I have rapidly grown teams and built businesses to meet shareholder and PE expectations.

I am very comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity. I learn and adapt quickly. I think strategically and am a strong pragmatist. I am also happy to roll my sleeves up, be hands on and lead by example. I am a servant leader, and find ways to get teams and organisations to work together more effectively and work to build lasting relationships founded on trust, quality delivery, collaboration and psychological safety. I have enjoyed working in different cultures, including Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Central America and with a number of major international projects. I have basic German - thanks to my German wife!
