Carolyn Delehanty is the founder of Delehanty Consulting, a Vulnerability Risk Consultancy for financial services, utilities, and housing organisations.

She helps firms identify where foreseeable harm concentrates in customer journeys and redesign those moments to reduce regulatory exposure, strengthen board assurance, and turn vulnerability from a compliance obligation into a managed risk and a commercial opportunity. Her methodology, Inclusive Design, ensures that redesign works for the customers who need it most.

With over twenty years' specialist experience, Carolyn works with firms where vulnerability isn't just a policy problem. It's an operating model risk.

Carolyn is also the Chair of Scottish and Southern Energy Network's Inclusive Service Panel, a Judge for the Collaboration Network, a Governor at a Primary School and a volunteer with two local charities.
