On the day attendees will hear expert-led sessions and case studies on safeguarding water system resilience and managing major incidents. They will then take part in an interactive exercise to test emergency response and cross-sector coordination under pressure. Finishing with a session on crisis communication, addressing misinformation and public education vs reputational defensiveness.
