Anyone can become vulnerable if their gas supply is switched off and so at Cadent, it has spearheaded an initiative that means its engineers can now go ‘beyond the gas meter’ to support customers living in the most vulnerable situations. This session explains how cross-sector collaboration ensures thousands are protected and looks at plans to roll it out nationally.
